Publishing on Amazon involves more than uploading a manuscript and clicking “Publish.” Your book’s metadata—the information Amazon uses to understand, categorize, and display your book—can affect how easily readers find it and how professionally it appears.

Lioness Press will set up your book for publication through Amazon KDP, making sure the details behind the book are as polished as the book itself.

• Kindle ebook and paperback setup
• Entry of book title, subtitle, series, edition, and contributor information
• Book description formatting and optimization
• Keyword research and selection
• Amazon category selection
• ISBN and publishing-imprint guidance
• Publication date and territory settings
• Pricing and royalty-setting guidance
• Upload of your final, print-ready interior and cover files
• Review of KDP’s digital and print previews
• Basic metadata consistency check across formats
• Final pre-publication review before the book goes live

Additional Format Setup: $50
Hardcover or another edition using the same core metadata. Note: hardcover editions require their own ISBN, separate from your paperback or ebook edition, and a minimum manuscript length of 75 pages. Author supplies the ISBN and all interior/cover files; Lioness Press handles setup and upload only.

Please note: Authors maintain ownership and control of their own Amazon KDP accounts. Lioness Press does not collect or manage your banking, tax, or payment information. Authors supply their final interior and cover files, along with ISBN and any other required materials; upload instructions will be sent by email once your project begins. Lioness Press handles the setup and upload process, not the creation of these materials.

This service does not include editing, proofreading, interior formatting, cover design, marketing, advertising, or ongoing management of your Amazon listing. Those services, where available, are quoted separately.
